Due to the Chinese National Day Holidays, our visa office will be closed on Oct. 2 (Wednesday), 4 (Friday) and 7 (Monday), 2019.

Please be noted that the normal pick-up date for applications before the holidays will be postponed accordingly. Applications submitted on Sep. 27 (Friday) can only be collected on Oct. 11 (Friday) or later. Applications submitted on Sep. 30 (Monday) can only be collected on Oct. 14 (Monday) or later, and the express service will not be available.

As usual, long queues will be expected in the first two working days after the holiday period. Applicants are kindly advised not to choose these days for non-urgent matters.
