H.E. Ambassador Liu Xinsheng played host to H.E. Mr. Ioannis Kasoulides, Minister of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Cyprus in the Chinese Embassy on 9 January 2016. Mr. Zeng Yun, Political Counsellor of the Chinese Embassy was present.

The two sides reviewed the fruitful development in bilateral ties in 2015, exchanged views on the economic and political situation of Cyprus, as well as how to further enhance bilateral relations and friendly cooperation between the two countries in various fields.
