H.E. Ambassador Liu Xinsheng met with H.E. Mr. Fotis Fotiou, Minister of Defence of Cyprus on 25 July 2013. Mr. Fei Shengchao, Political Counsellor of the Chinese Embassy was present.
 The two sides exchanged views on bilateral relations and how to advance defense exchanges and cooperation between China and Cyprus.
