H.E. Ambassdor Liu Xinsheng attended the Opening Ceremony of the Third International Shooting Sport Federation (ISSF) Shortgun World Cup in the Nicosia Shooting Range on June 9th, 2013. Mr. Fei Shengchao, Political Counsellor of the Chinese Embassy was also present.
 H.E. Ambassador Liu Xinsheng met with H.E. Mr. Nicos Anastasiades, President of the Republic of Cyprus and the participants of the Chinese Delegation.
